City Buildhers Golf Lab

June 16, 2025

Monday, June 16th at Loch March Golf & Country Club, City Buildhers Is Bringing Women to the Tee.

We’re kicking off summer with a Golf Lab. This will be a hands-on, all-levels golf clinic for women in the city-building industries.

This isn’t just about learning how to play golf, it’s about showing up with confidence where business gets done. You’ll pick up the fundamentals, understand course etiquette, and build the skills to say yes to that next tournament or client invite without hesitation. And for a little extra fun, we’ll have a golf fashion show to close out the event in style!

Whether you’re brand new to the game or looking to sharpen your swing, the City Buildhers Golf Lab is your chance to get in the groove while networking with other powerhouse women in construction, development, architecture, engineering, and beyond.

Get in the Game, Get in the Deal, and Take Your Seat at the Table.

FAQ:

Q: Is this a women’s only event?

A: Yes. This event is intentionally created as a space for women in the city building sector to connect, celebrate, and support one another. By centering women’s experiences, we aim to foster a sense of community, representation, and empowerment in industries where women are still underrepresented

Q: I’ve never played golf can I still participate?

A: Absolutely! Golf Lab is designed for all experience levels. We’ll break into groups based on skill and experience, and you’ll be guided by golf pros who are there to support you every step of the way

Q: What should I bring with me?

A: Bring your energy… and your golf clubs, if you have them! If you don’t own a set, no problem, please contact the Loch March pro shop ahead of time to arrange a rental. We also recommend bringing sunscreen, a water bottle, and a light layer in case the weather changes.

Q: What is the dress code?

A: Think sporty and comfortable! Athletic attire is encouraged, polos, golf skirts, athletic pants or shorts are all great choices. Footwear should be golf shoes or running shoes only; other types of sporting cleats are not permitted on the course. No need to buy anything new, just wear something you can move in. And don’t worry – we’ll cover golf style basics during the event and show off some great looks in our fashion show!

Q: Will there be washrooms and changing areas available?

A: Yes! The venue has full restroom facilities and private areas where you can freshen up or change if needed.

Q: Will there be food and drinks?

A: Yes! Your entrance fee includes two drink tickets and light snacks. Additional food and beverages will be available for purchase.
